  People in the office are rude. You have to go to the office and pay with cash. They do not accept credit cards. So if you’re moving (which is what most people get storage units for) don’t even bother Because they expect you to come in to pay and the office hours are weird. Make sure you get receipts for everything. Make sure any damage already done to your unit is recorded.
